Biography: Jeffrey William Meek was born on February 11, 1959, he is the youngest of four children. Jeffrey's siblings are Jimmy, Jacquie and Jon. As a child, Jeff moved a lot (used to live in Germany). He was very athletic - he played football, basketball, baseball and tennis. Jeffrey graduated from UCI (the University of California at Irvinewith) a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in 1983 and moved to New York City. He started practicing Martial Arts. He has a black belt in TKD and Aikido.
His tv career started with a role in a soap opera calle "The Search Of Tomorrow" in 1984, but Meek quit in 1986 and moved back to California to pursue other acting possibilities.
Jeff played in various movies and series and did a lot of stage acting (and won a few awards for his stage performances). Now he is interested in working behind the camera as a director/writer/producer. He lives in Los Angeles with his second wife.
